Privacy notice

This notice explains how Adelaide Labor Link handles information submitted through this website and the labourer portal.

Information we collect

When you register for work, we collect the information needed to assess and manage your expression of interest.

  • Contact details, location, work history, expected rate and availability.
  • Skills, licences, qualifications, resume and any evidence you choose to upload.
  • Work-rights declaration, transport information and emergency contact details added after sign-in.
  • Account activity, email delivery events and private operational notes added by the owner.

How we use it

We use this information to review applications, maintain a labourer pool, identify people who may suit a work request, confirm availability, contact labourers and protect the security of the platform.

Storage and service providers

Application data and private documents are stored with Supabase. The website is deployed through Vercel, email is delivered through Resend, and Cloudflare provides DNS and automated-submission protection. These services process data only as needed to operate the platform.

Access and sharing

Labourers can access their own profile after secure email sign-in. The Adelaide Labor Link owner can access labourer records for application and workforce management. We do not publish labourer profiles publicly.

Keeping and deleting information

You can deactivate your listing or request permanent deletion from the labourer portal. A confirmed deletion removes the profile, private documents and sign-in account. Some limited records may need to be retained where required for security, dispute handling or legal obligations.

Your choices

You can update your profile and work-opportunity email preference at any time. To ask a question, correct information you cannot edit, or make a privacy request, contact Adelaide Labor Link on 0452 128 638.
